We’re currently working with/preparing to buy some cattle from a beef producer who runs a closed herd of non-vaccinated, non-wormed, etc. cattle. This outfit has worked on creating crosses and genetics that make fantastic beef cattle in any category from handling to eating – so we’re excited to source our cattle and start our herd from said outfit.
We’re getting all of our ducks in a row from making grazing arrangements with local land owners to lining out processing so that we can provide ourselves, our friends, our family, and our community with the cleanest, most direct, and most un F’ed with beef in our area.
